US K1 Fiancee Visa

The US K1 Visa is a temporary visa which allows our clients to enter the US for the purposes of getting married. The application must be supported by a US petitioner who is also a US citizen or permanent resident. Additionally, you must have met in person within the last two years and be eligible to marry under the laws of the USA. This person must be able to demonstrate that they have sufficient income and savings in order to support the applicant. However, how much this is constantly changes, so for more information on moving to the USA please get in touch with our friendly team of immigration experts right now. We love helping our clients to make great new lives for themselves all over the world and we could do the same for you, too!

Although the K1 visa is a temporary visa for the USA, it can lead to permanent immigration later on. Once you are married inside the USA, you will be able to apply for Green Card status. To talk with us about Green Card status and the next steps on your road to US citizenship, contact us right now and we’ll be happy to discuss your options for moving to America. Unfortunately, the K1 visa does not apply to same-sex couples, despite any other country’s laws regarding same-sex marriages and relationships.

You could be living with your fiancée in America quicker than you think with a little help from Brighter Visas! Our team work tirelessly to secure our clients’ visas for them and we could expect to have your US K1 visa processed in just a few months. But we’d like to remind you that Brighter Visas aren’t responsible for the times and fees associated with processing; these are the responsibility of the American immigration authorities and, as such, are subject to change at any time. We would therefore strongly advise our clients who want to travel to America on any visa to wait for a successful outcome before purchasing any tickets for travel which may be affected by delays in processing.

All applicants to the USA must be able to demonstrate their good health and good character. This is a requirement set out by the US government in order to protect the interests of their country, in keeping potentially dangerous persons out. To demonstrate these points, you will need to obtain two documents. The first is a police report from your current country of residence which will be used as evidence to support your good character. The second is a medical certificate from a recognised doctor which is used to support your claims of good health. For any more information regarding this documentation or if you have any other questions about moving to the USA, contact us right now and we’d love to talk with you. We only employ the very best immigration specialists to provide our world-class customer service; their knowledge gives our clients complete peace of mind when moving to the USA.

WELL DONE EVERYBODY WHO WORKED ON THIS CASE, 190 PR APPROVAL FOR AUS!!!

SONIA

My experience with Brighter Visas has been wonderful so far. From the day of my assessment to the day of my application to the day of searching for employment, everything has been very smooth. My consultant, Mr. Luke, has been very helpful and accommodating with all my inquiries and needs. He's always available whenever I have questions or when I'm in need of his assistance. He calls me from time-to-time to update me of my case and assures me that everything is going well, which is why I never worry of my application because I'm confident that I am in good hands and in a good team. Brighter Visas also sends e-news letters, which give me more options and knowledge of the employment in my desired country.

I have already recommended Brighter Visas to my friends and would recommend it to my colleagues.

Thank You, Brighter Visas!

The immigration consultant was very knowlegeable and provided me with a regular update on my case. I never imagined it was for real until i got an email that my green card has been approved. At this point, i am more than willingly to recommend Brighter Visas to friends and family members since they truly are the best in rendering professisonal immigration services to people world over.

It is difficult to explain how good it felt when my visa was approved.  Years of dreaming about living overseas out of the smoke.  Then applying to make the move before I got too old with my whole family was so stressful and exciting but also I was very anxious.  I just want to say thanks to the whole team for my visa but most of all for giving me months of free therapy when I needed a little reassurance I was doing the right thing.

I love my new life and my kids are doing so well in School it is just amazing.
